Good communication Skills
Excellent customer handling skills.
Experience in Monitoring / Incident management
Passion towards technology
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Multitasking and team work.
ITIL knowledge
Note: Candidates with International Technical Support experience (Help desk, Service desk) are preferred.
