CDMT (Customer Data Management Team) is a fast paced, high volume team that manages customer data correct at a global level.
Candidate should have strong customer experience skills and a strong attention to detail skill set.
The candidate will be expected to:
· Provide operational support through varied process activities to support business need
· Research and obtain specific information/details requested by customer
Technical/Professional Skills should include:
· 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support roles
· Establish working knowledge & application of specialized tool sets required for role
· Demonstrate internal operational knowledge of process work flow
· Apply experience and judgment to make decisions on standard work efforts
· Basic understanding of the work processes and procedures
· Completes a wide range of tasks and assignments
· Exceptions are usually resolved with the assistance of the team lead
Experience/Knowledge in the following areas is preferable, but not required:
- Proficient in EXCEL
- CHAT (Talisma – now called Moxie)
- DOMS
- DPS
- Macro use
- Other Dell internal tools
- Graduate or Masters
